    In this auction is:   1800s European ? MILITARY AMBROTYPE in wood frame
    The plate on this one is 3 3/4" x 2 7/8" and the plate is like clothed back. It has to be an ambrotype since the image is on the glass and would need to cloth for the image to show. It looks military and maybe European man? His name is on back of the piece of wood. I don't have any other info on this one sorry. The last picture above I used flash to show it better since it is worn & darker. Maybe he was famous or from a country that ambros are harder to find of. ?'s please ask.
