FRONT RH (PASSENGER SIDE) OUTER FACE BAR (BUMPER)
.
The part # for this is 3830704. It appears to be in excellent unused condition with no evidence of installation. This has the factory cut out for the parking lamp.
It may have some minor shelf wear from years of storage and being moved around. This would not be seen at a couple feet away. Minor imperfections in the chrome might be possible because it's not triple plated show chrome although it is nice production chrome. No pitting or major defects. There is some minor surface rust on the back in a couple areas only on the surface that will easily come off with some extra fine steel wool.  A very nice driver quality bumper (or show) or re-chrome for perfection. This is about as nice as one you would find from GM back in the day. This has been in dry storage for 35 years or so. It was still wrapped (never opened) in the heavy brown factory paper with a wire around the ends to hold the paper shut. I purchased it from a closed down Chevrolet Dealership years ago.
If only genuine GM will do, then this is for you.
