TIPS:
After purchasing, please message us your player name, island name, and preferred times for scheduling. Time slots are first come first serve, so availability may change. We will send you the dodo code once it is your turn. Your time will start when you first landed to the island.
For regular orders we usually don't have reset island service, there is only one set on the island for the special items. Pay additional .99, we can offer
Auto Replenishment
service that the island will auto reset every time after you leave the island. This is an add-on service. You can place a regular order of how many hrs you want to spend, and then place another order for Auto Replenishment that you can find on the time frame list too.
Please check the MAP to locate the items you want. We usually follow alphabetical rule to organize the items. You can take away as many things as you want from the island and don't need  . All items are ready for pick up, you won't need any tools.
We will reset the island for each order, so you have a brand new island to explore and you won't share the island with the other customer during your time frame, unless you bring friend with you. You can come to the island as many times as you want during your time frame.
You are welcome to bring 3 of your friends(total 4ppl) per order to our island in your time frame. But because of our internet setting, only 2 people are allowed on the island at the same time, otherwise the internet may crash. Please let us know if you need to bring friends before you visit and also provide their island and character name.
If you buy 3hrs or more, you can send us your wish list, which can also beyond what we have had in the treasure island (maximum 20 items). We will try our best to add all the items you want to the island before you come.
Our office is located in West coast of the United States, in Pacific Time Zone. We offer free shipping for this item as it is not a physical item. If you are an international customer, you can use a USA address to avoid international shipping cost. We will mark item has been shipped once we send out the dodo code.
