This offering is a pair of 1965 Ohio license plates.
They're in the original envelope.
They have some dirt, maybe some rust spots. They were stored in an old shop for several decades.
If it
looks like a run in the paint, try to remember, there wasn't much quality control at
a "license plate factory". They're in the original envelope and I don't think they have ever been
mounted.
