Vintage Bach Marching Mellophone Refurbished and Repaired Ready for New Owner
This is a vintage Bach Silver Plate Marching Mellophone repaired and refurbished.
It is in the key of F.
Comes with original hardshell case and a new French horn mouthpiece.
Playing Condition:
This Mellophone is in great playing condition. It has been refurbished – valves and slides have been ultrasonically cleaned. Valves have been lapped, slides have been buffed, and everything was re-oiled and re-greased and reassembled. See pictures of valves and slides.
Exterior Condition:
The bell of this Mellophone was at one time damaged, and it has been repaired. The repair is visible: a bell ring has been soldered inside the bell to repair and solidify the integrity of the bell. Please see pictures that were taken of the inside of the bell. The outside shows little to no signs of this repair.
